The Marriage Team is in search of a Men’s Coordinator to help us to continue to expand our efforts to prepare, establish, enrich & restore all marriages. You will partner with the Marriage Director to help recruit, train, and unleash leaders to mentor couples through our premarital ministry, Merge. You will also help enhance our marriage enrichment efforts for the whole church, shepherd couples, and dream up new ministry initiatives. The Porch team is seeking a Graphic Designer who is responsible for producing visual content that engages, equips, and excites their young adult audience to see Jesus and fully surrender to life with him. The ideal candidate considers their work as an overflow of personal devotion to Christ, has the ability to concept and collaborate on culturally relevant ideas for events, thinks critically through ministry initiatives, and is detail-oriented in brand implementation.
We are in search of a Financial Controller who will manage Watermark’s financial reporting and supervise the execution of accounting, finance, and internal control processes. The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), knowledgeable and experienced in financial accounting, skilled in project management, a strategic thinker, and task/goal oriented. Non-profit accounting experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Watermark is seeking a passionate, mission-minded, fully devoted follower of Christ to serve as a Technical Product Owner. This role bridges the gap between internal clients and the development team, ensuring that technology solutions align with ministry needs and priorities. You will gather and refine requirements, prioritize development efforts, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the technical team.
The Technical Product Owner will serve as a voice for our internal clients as well as the end users, fostering alignment between the organization's mission and the products we develop. You will also work closely with developers, ensuring that solutions are clearly defined, documented, promised, and delivered with excellence. In addition, you will also occasionally be asked to participate in non-technical job responsibilities common to all Watermark staff.
Watermark is seeking a passionate, mission-minded, fully devoted follower of Christ who happens to be an expert at developing software. You will work in a small team that supports numerous ministries inside and outside Watermark. Together with your team, you will design, build, and maintain networked software systems that solve the problems of our ministries. You will participate in the requirements gathering process, and guide system design through to deployment, building redundancy and error correction into your solutions. You will provide help and guidance to less experienced developers, ensuring that your systems and code are maintainable, well documented, and easily understood. You will also occasionally be asked to participate in non-technical job responsibilities common to all Watermark staff.
Our team values iterative development, high-quality code, testing, automation, lean process, and DevOps. We strive to produce reliable solutions that are maintainable and well documented using technology that is easy to google. We prefer Ruby on Rails and React with Typescript, but are open to other solutions where it fits our goals.

Watermark Kids is looking for fully devoted followers of Christ who are passionate to disciple and care for kids ages Preschool through Elementary.
