Creative & Production Administrative Assistant

This role exists to help the Creative Director stay ahead of deadlines, especially the creative direction work behind message series artwork and major events. It's built for someone warm, sharp on details, and energized by making other people's work run smoothly.

You'll manage calendars, inboxes, and the midweek logistics that make our weekend services and major events possible: stocking and prepping the Green Room and Producer table, coordinating headcounts and food orders, and getting rooms set ahead of Christmas Eve, Easter, and other events. This is a Monday–Friday role, you're the one making sure everything is ready.

You'll also work alongside Communications Coordinators and Project Managers to keep the Creative Director's projects on track and deadlines met, and support the Production Director for scheduling various meetings, and capturing notes to create actionable tasks.

Video & Content Production Coordinator
