The individual in this role is responsible for supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations by managing key systems, coordinating administrative processes, assisting with HR functions, supporting volunteers, and handling finance related tasks. The South Dallas Team is seeking a Kids Coordinator who is passionate about serving children and families within Watermark Community Church South Dallas. This role leads and coordinates all aspects of Watermark Kids (birth through grade 5), including overseeing volunteers, executing curriculum, and managing weekend ministry operations in South Dallas. The Kids Coordinator builds strong relationships with families, parents, and the surrounding community, while also supporting events, tracking attendance, and helping manage the ministry budget. The Production Team is looking for an organized individual who is proficient in production and video systems to serve on staff as the Video and Content Production Coordinator. The person in this role is responsible for providing video systems support for primary ministry events, working alongside the Auditorium Team and the Engineering/Projects Team. Responsibilities include auditorium video systems maintenance, volunteer coordination, live video content execution for primary ministry events, and assisting with production and video systems projects as assigned by the Video Production Director. This role takes ownership of all content displayed on auditorium screens. From receiving and loading designer assets to collaborating with the creative/communications team and building ProPresenter files to support any speaker or event.

The role is responsible for guiding and overseeing various provisions of care to meet individual needs that arise within the church. To be considered for this position, you must have a master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, and extensive experience in Christian ministry, leadership, and clinical care. The Operations Team is looking for someone passionate about championing the values and culture of staff here at Watermark Community Church through the People and Culture Coordinator Position. The individual in this role is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, recognizing, reviewing and offboarding staff. As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will consult with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, oversee the Finance & HR Assistant’s tasks, conduct interviews, oversee annual review processes, as well as run miscellaneous projects and activities surrounding staff training and culture. The Watermark Connecting Team is currently looking for an administratively gifted individual to serve on staff through the Connecting Assistant Position. This role is responsible for supporting the Connecting Director and Connecting Team in a variety of administrative tasks.
