Watermark is seeking a fully devoted follower of Christ to serve on our Executive Team as our Operations Director. This position requires exemplary thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, while possessing a high capacity to lead and manage the Operations Team at Watermark. In this role, you will perform many duties including championing complex projects and providing strategic and operational leadership to the Operations Department, including Finance, HR, Technology, and Facilities.

Watermark Resources (WMR) is looking to add an assistant to our team to help us as we seek to encourage, equip, and inspire church leaders around the world. This position has the opportunity to help plan, host, and manage administrative details for all WMR events and conferences, as well as provide direct administrative support to the senior director of Watermark Resources. The Equipping Team is looking for a Women’s Bible Study Coordinator. This position will work with the overall running of Women’s Bible Study, recruiting leaders, developing training content, and maintaining theological accuracy throughout the study. The ideal candidate is diligent, hospitable, and passionate about women learning and growing in their understanding and love for God’s Word. Seminary training required.
The Communications Team is looking for a detail-oriented, servant-hearted leader to support Watermark's social media and photography initiatives. This role oversees the intake and coordination of creative requests for photography, film, and graphic design. As a team player, the Project Manager plays a key role in welcoming people into the life of our church and reaching our community with the gospel.
Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our Preschool Team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers; you’ll write fun, engaging, and evangelistic curriculum; you’ll create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. The Re:generation Men’s Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating men’s step groups, assimilating new male leaders into the ministry, assisting with the growth and development of leaders, and helping to tend to male pastoral care needs. You will assist with projects, special events, and needs as they arise in the ministry.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or pursuing a CPA, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills. This individual should also be passionate about biblical financial stewardship, coachable, and an effective communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Watermark Coffee is seeking fully devoted followers of Christ to join us in welcoming, hosting, and caring for those who grace our doors Monday through Friday.
