International Missions
Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations. As a sending church, we pray for unreached people groups, support international ministries, and respond to the call to go. Our aim is to be consistently engaged in advancing the gospel to the nations (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 15:20).
The majority of Watermark’s sending efforts are focused on unreached people groups—more than three billion people around the world who have little to no access to Scripture and virtually no Christ-followers in their communities.

Our church prayer newsletter, Watermark Family Prayer, spotlights unreached people groups. Community groups and members are encouraged to pray for these groups together.
Support Missionaries
With a humble dependence, we’re praying that God would use us to send 500 missionaries by our 50th anniversary in 2049 to plant churches and train indigenous pastors.

In partnership with trusted international ministries, Watermark sends members on mission trips to share the gospel and strengthen local churches around the world.

Watermark appoints, prepares, and commissions missionaries to reach unreached people groups with the gospel. Each missionary stays closely connected to our church body through a dedicated Sending Team, who help coordinate missionary support and care. Meet our missionaries.
Sending Process
Discover Missions
Taught by church leaders and experienced missionaries, this 10-week class is open to anyone ready to learn more about God’s heart for missions.
Disciple-Making Intensive
After completing Discover Missions, the 10-week Disciple-Making Intensive further develops the heart, confidence, and skills for living missionally.
Nine-Month Missionary Preparation
This nine-month immersive training simulates life in the field, preparing members to be commissioned and sent for long-term missions internationally.
