Missionaries

We’d love for you to come alongside Watermark’s missionaries through prayer and financial support. Take time to prayerfully consider a missionary and then email Watermark’s International Missions Team with their name and how you’d like to support, whether through prayer, financial giving, or receiving updates.

The Philippines

The Banks Family

Michael and Rebekah Banks are faithfully serving at the International Graduate School of Leadership in Metro Manila, Philippines, where they help train the next generation of pastors and Christian leaders to carry the gospel throughout Asia. Through theological education, evangelism, and discipleship, they’re equipping men and women to become biblically grounded, servant-hearted leaders—ready to take the hope of Christ into some of the most spiritually and culturally challenging places on earth.

Argentina

The Jackson Family

Scott and Sofía Jackson are faithfully serving with ARM Ministries in Córdoba, with their children, Lucy and Bennett. They helped launch Seminario Bíblico William Carey to train pastors and leaders across Latin America. Scott also leads Vertical Deportes, a sports ministry focused on gospel-centered resources for athletes. Sofía serves part-time with The Bible Project, producing a Spanish-language podcast for a global audience. Now, the Jacksons are planting a local church with fellow Watermark members, the Winker family.

Indonesia

The Mann Family

Isaac and Kacie are faithfully serving in Papua, Indonesia. Since 2014, they have partnered with a local church to reach the lost with the hope of the gospel. Their ministry focuses on discipling indigenous leaders and sharing Christ with immigrants from unreached people groups across Western Indonesia. Isaac teaches at a local Bible college, where students from Asia, the Middle East, and beyond are equipped in evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.

Japan

The Norasith Family

Andre and Abby Norasith are faithfully serving in Tokyo, Japan, through Student Mobilization and World Venture. Their ministry focuses on building healthy, multiplying church communities in one of the most spiritually resistant contexts in the world. By discipling and equipping Japanese believers as elders, pastors, and church members, they are helping the gospel take root for long-term fruit. Through patient investment in people and communities, Andre and Abby are trusting God to bring lasting gospel impact across their city.

Southeast Asia

The P Family

The P Family is faithfully serving in Southeast Asia, where they work alongside a team supporting a growing network of house churches and local believers. Their team leads efforts to increase access to Scripture in new languages, create media tools for evangelism and leadership development, gather stories and data from the field, and disciple the next generation of leaders through coaching and mentorship. Their heart is to see lives transformed and churches strengthened by God’s Word.

Middle East

DR

DR is faithfully serving in the Middle East, working to see God’s Kingdom grow through evangelism, relational discipleship, and online ministry. Based in a major city in the Arab Gulf, DR also reaches into surrounding areas, including smaller cities and some of the least-reached parts of the region. His heart is to see healthy disciples raised up who will form Christ-centered communities—worshipping Jesus together and making him known.

Middle East

The S Family

The S family is faithfully serving in the Arab Gulf, building relationships with their neighbors and inviting them to discover who Jesus is by reading the Bible together. They seek to bless their community by working with excellence in their vocations and living out their faith in everyday conversations—sharing the reason for their hope both in the workplace and beyond.

Argentina

The Winker Family

In partnership with Avant Ministries, Kyle and Alissa Winker are faithfully serving in Córdoba, Argentina, where they live with their two children, Zuri and Zion. Before moving to Córdoba, the Winkers spent six years in Buenos Aires, where they played an active role on a church leadership team and launched Goles. Gracia. Gloria., a soccer ministry focused on evangelism and discipleship for teens and their families. Together with fellow Watermark members, the Jackson family, the Winkers are planting a local church.

Missionary Prospects

Missionary prospects are assessed and appointed by Watermark’s International Missions Team and prepared through a sending plan that equips and commissions them for church planting or pastor training. Prospects are identified by disciple-making character, competency, and chemistry, and then developed through a nine-month training alongside other prospects. Once prospects identify a sending agency, they seek financial and prayer partners for long-term support.

Middle East

The F Family

The F family will be serving in the Middle East to share the good news of the gospel with unreached college students. Their focus will be on reaching students with the gospel, building them up in their faith, and equipping them to reach those around them. The F family’s heart is to see lifelong Christ-centered laborers raised up, so that one day, every person would know someone who truly follows Jesus.

Middle East

The L Family

The L family will be based in the Middle East, serving churches throughout North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Here, they will meet needs amidst crisis so that new churches can grow. Their team will work to share the love story of Jesus, disciple people through the Bible, develop leaders, plant churches, respond to disasters, and provide medical care.
