Meet Ashton

Howdy! I grew up in Dallas, TX with a sweet Jesus loving family. As the youngest of three girls, I was always wanting to do what my sisters did which brought me to accepting Jesus into my heart at the prime age of seven. It wouldn’t be until late high school/early college that I would fully understand the weight of my sin and see how special a personal relationship with Jesus can be.
My passion for ministry ignited as a four-year-old at Pine Cove Family Camp. I wanted to do so badly what I saw hundreds of college students doing summer after summer. In 2020, my dream came true. I went to work three summers at the Pine Cove Towers where I grew immensely in my faith and met my very tall (to me at least), Aggie husband, Zach.
I studied Motion Pictures at Belmont University. After three years of long-distance dating, Zach and I found ourselves back in Dallas attending Merge which led us to becoming members at Watermark. Fast forward two years and the Lord has shown me time and time again that His plan is always better than mine. He kindly opened a door to being on staff at Watermark as the Social Media Content Creator and saying I’m pumped about it is an understatement!
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me walking my cutie dog Winnie, baking sourdough or spending any moment I can get with friends and family.
