Parking at Watermark

We want parking at Watermark to be easy. Whether you’re new or have been here for years, this guide will help you quickly find the right lot and get where you need to be.

First-Time Guests

If you are visiting for the first time, welcome! If you do not have kids ages zero–four, we ask that you park in one of the following locations:

  • The West Lot located at Park Central and 635.
  • Floors one through five of the five-story garage next to Benihana.
  • The two-story garage at the corner of Banner Drive and Park Central Drive.

We also have signs and parking volunteers before each service to help direct you where to go. So, if you have any questions, stop and ask one of the people in a parking shirt or vest!

To get to the West Lot:

If traveling west on 635:
  • Take the Park Central exit.
  • Veer right towards the 635 frontage road.
  • U-turn at the Park Central intersection.
  • Turn right into the parking lot.
If traveling east on 635:
  • Take the Hillcrest exit.
  • Continue straight through the Hillcrest and Park Central intersections.
  • Turn right into the parking lot.
If traveling south on 75:
  • Take exit 22A onto the 635 frontage road.
  • U-turn at the Park Central intersection.
  • Turn right into the parking lot.
If traveling north on 75:
  • Take the Coit exit.
  • Turn left on the 635 frontage road.
  • U-turn at the Park Central intersection.
  • Turn right into the parking lot.

To get to the Garages:

If traveling west on 635:
  • Take the Coit Road exit.
  • Turn left onto Coit Road. Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
If traveling east on 635:
  • Take the Coit Road exit.
  • Turn right onto Merit Drive.
  • Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
If traveling south on 75:
  • Take exit 22A.
  • Turn left onto Coit Road.
  • Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
If traveling north on 75:
  • Take the Coit exit.
  • Turn left onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.

Kids (0-4 Years Old) or Additional Needs

We use the two parking lots closest to our Kids Ministry classrooms for additional needs and for kids zero–four parking.

To get to the Tower Lot or South Lot:

If traveling west on 635:
  • Take the Park Central exit.
  • Turn left onto Park Central Drive.
  • The entrance to the Tower Lot and South Lot will be the second driveway on your left.
If traveling east on 635:
  • Take the Hillcrest exit.
  • Turn right onto Park Central Drive.
  • The entrance to the Tower Lot and South Lot will be the second driveway on your left.
If traveling south on 75:
  • Take exit 22A.
  • Turn right onto the 635 West frontage road.
  • Turn left onto Coit Road.
  • Turn right onto Banner Road.
  • Turn right onto Park Central Drive.
  • The entrance to the Tower Lot and South Lot will be on your right.
If traveling north on 75:
  • Take the Coit exit.
  • Turn left onto Banner Drive.
  • Turn right onto Park Central Drive.
  • The entrance to the Tower Lot and South Lot will be the second driveway on your right.

Members

If you are a Watermark member without young children or additional needs, thank you for partnering with us to serve others by parking in one of the garages or the West Lot. There are two parking garages our neighbors let us use on Sundays: a five-story garage next to Benihana and a two-story garage at the corner of Banner Drive and Park Central Drive.

To get to the parking garages:

If traveling west on 635:
  • Take the Coit Road exit.
  • Turn left onto Coit Road.
  • Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
If traveling east on 635:
  • Take the Coit Road exit.
  • Turn right onto Merit Drive.
  • Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
If traveling south on 75:
  • Take exit 22A.
  • Turn left onto Coit Road.
  • Turn right onto Banner Drive.
  • The parking garages are past Merit Drive, on your right.
